Delivery Policy

    Delivery Area: Our online ceramic tableware brand delivers to all major cities and towns in Bangladesh.
    Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your orders within 5-7 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
    Shipping Charges: Delivery charge will be applicable based on Product weight, size etc. Our standard delivery charge within Dhaka city is Tk 80 and outside Dhaka Tk 150 (standard weight up to 1 kg). Any free shipping offer is only available for home delivery within Dhaka city, shipping outside Dhaka city by regular courier office delivery (if any customer outside Dhaka wants home delivery, then delivery cost will be added in that case, we request to contact us (Details Customer care number for inquiries).
    Order Tracking: We provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you can track the status of your delivery.
    Delivery Methods: We use trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and securely.
    Delivery Confirmation: We require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your orders have been received by you or a trusted representative.
    Order Cancellation: Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange.
    Delivery Delays: In case of any unforeseen delays, we will inform you via email or phone as soon as possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

    We do not accept any return, modification or replacement after departure of the product from our warehouse.
    If product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request in our webasite, facebook page or instagram page inbox. We will response according to our observations on the validity of your request.
    Free replacement will be provide if delivered product is found damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete.
    Return/replacement request must be done within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Valid reasons for exchange/replacement:

    Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
    Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
    Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
    Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
    Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
